How it works
Discovery first, then a fixed scope.
We start with a paid discovery — usually a week, sometimes two. The output is a detailed scope, a fixed price for the build, a delivery plan and a clear set of non-goals. You own that document whether you build with us or someone else.
From there we build in two-week increments with weekly demos. You see the product grow. We catch the wrong assumptions early, when they're cheap to fix.
Honest qualifier
