MRDN Studio is a trading name of MaintenanceQR Ltd, registered in England at Nicholas House, River Front, Enfield, EN1 3TF. We are the data controller for the personal data we hold about you.
We collect the minimum we need to do the work: your name, email and whatever you choose to put in a message or onboarding form. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Processors
Who we share with.
Our hosting provider keeps the sites online and stores form submissions on GDPR-compliant infrastructure.
Stripe is used when we send a one-off checkout link for booking deposits or final invoices. We never see or store your card details. Records kept 7 years (UK legal requirement).

Your rights
Ask us anything.
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Stripe records we have to keep for 7 years; everything else we'll delete on request. Email hello@mrdn.studio.
